Refer a friend scheme:

• £50 referral fee to be paid to introducing client on completion of friend or family members mortgage application and successful payment the brokerage fee

• A maximum of 5 referrals per year will be accepted from one client per 12 month period

• 5 referrals or more will need to be authorised via Stonebridge group

• £50 is only payable if referred to Home: Mortgage Solutions before the friend or family member has made any enquiry’s with Home: Mortgage Solutions

• Offer can be withdrawn without prior notice
