Founder
Kate Stratton leads the team of Mortgage Advisor Peterborough with Home Mortgage Solutions. Kate decided to create Home Mortgage Solutions so that she could be there for her customers from day one when buying a house was just a dream, to getting the keys and moving in. The process can be hard work and when you’re doing it on your own, it seems never-ending.
Kate is an award-winning Mortgage Consultant, working in estate agency and bank management. Her distinguished career helps her to give the best advice to her customers and she plans to impart her knowledge and wealth of experience to help even more.
Fun Fact – she hates chocolate but loves books!
Mortgage Advisor
Meet Laura, one of our Mortgage Advisors. She has 15 years’ worth of industry experience.
Laura prides herself on taking care of the mortgage process and each step. She can be as little or as much involved in the process as the client wishes but it’s important to her for her clients to know she is there to support throughout their mortgage life.
Fun Fact – she loves chocolate and is crazy enough to have run and completed the London Marathon!
Administration
Hailey Pettit has worked with Kate in the past and now currently supports her and Laura as their Administration Assistant. You will speak to her regularly throughout the process of finding and buying your new home and come to find that she is absolutely lovely! Her main role is to support the mortgage advisors and ensure that your mortgage applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
We know you’re usually working and so it’s difficult for you to find the time to get in touch with estate agents and solicitors, so Hailey takes that stress away from you. She is extremely organised and knowledgeable about the mortgage process so if you can’t reach Kate and Laura, you’ll find Hailey can generally help you too!
Fun Fact – she has a second tummy for desserts!

Jordan loved the idea of helping people. She took up a career in mortgages to be able to guide her customers the whole way through the process, making life easier and less stressful.
